Redlands Primary School

Evergreen Electrical partnered with Redlands Primary School to deliver a 100 kW rooftop solar PV system, reducing the school’s reliance on grid energy and showcasing renewable energy in action for its students and community.

The system was installed and grid-connected in November 2023. Since then, it has consistently delivered strong energy generation, cost savings, and environmental benefits.

• Consumption Supplied by Solar: ~48% of demand (152 MWh in first 6 months, continuing similar trend)
• Revenue/Savings: ~$25,600 AUD‍
• System Efficiency: Consistently >97%

• 118.6 tonnes of CO₂ avoided
• Equal to saving 48 tonnes of coal‍
• Equivalent to planting 6,474+ trees
